Cancellation Policy

We greatly appreciate and value your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have a strict cancellation policy that ensures we continue to give the best service to all of our clients. Cancellation 24 hrs or less prior to appointment will result in being charged for the full amount of your service(s) total.

We get it sometimes emergencies happen, however, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system and will pay 100% of service total. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time (take consideration of potential traffic).

Late Arrival Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes a fee of $10 will be added to your remaining service balance. After 15 minutes of not arriving to your appointment will be canceled and will be considered a same day cancellation.

Deposits

All appointment deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

A deposit must be made in order to confirm your appointment. 

COVID-19 Policy

VRNSH Studio is taking the appropriate precautions to ensure that surfaces are cleaned , wiped down, and sanitized in between each guest. Masks are no longer required, and can be worn at the guests discretion. For the protection of your service provider and other guests please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick or ill.

Extra Guests / Child Policy

To ensure that all guests receiving services receive the best experience while in the salon, children and extra guests are not allowed.
