Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7  business days. Business days do not include weekends, federal holidays, or nationwide observed holidays. Once your product has shipped you will receive a tracking # with details on estimated date of delivery.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. 

If you have concerns about the state of your product once received please send your pictures along with your order number to contact@vrnsh.com 

Studio Policies

Deposits


Deposits will be applied to your account as a credit towards booked appointments and are non-refundable.


Cancellation Policy


We greatly appreciate and value your time and we appreciate the same courtesy. We have a strict cancellation policy that ensures we continue to give the best service to all of our clients. Cancellation 24 hrs or less prior to appointment will result in being charged for the full amount of your service(s) total.


We get it sometimes emergencies happen, however, ALL NO CALL/NO SHOWS can no longer make appointments and will be blocked from the booking system and will pay 100% of service total. Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time (take consideration of potential traffic).


Late Arrival Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments.

After 10 minutes a fee of $10 will be added to your remaining service balance. After 15 minutes of not arriving to your appointment will be canceled and will be considered a same day cancellation.
